Information collected through Shopify

Simple International Pricer accesses only the Shopify store data needed to display and update international pricing within the Shopify admin.

• Shop and app installation identifiers
• Product and variant identifiers and pricing data
• Markets, catalogs, and price list configuration
• Session data required for secure authentication

Information collected directly from merchants

If a merchant contacts Axiom Apps for support, we may receive the contact details and message contents that the merchant chooses to provide. We may also generate limited technical logs about app requests, webhook deliveries, and operational errors while operating and securing the app.

Information collected from merchants' customers

Simple International Pricer does not collect information directly from merchants' customers. The app doesn't run on merchants' storefronts and doesn't use cookies or similar tracking technologies on storefront visitors.

How the data is used

This data is used only to:

• Show market-specific pricing in the product admin page
• Save pricing changes requested by the merchant
• Authenticate the app securely inside Shopify
• Maintain the app and provide support when requested

Information the app does not access

Simple International Pricer does not request access to customer accounts, orders, or payment information.

Data retention

Simple International Pricer keeps only the limited data needed to authenticate the app and preserve app settings.

• Shopify session records stored in the app database for secure authentication are retained while the app remains installed and are deleted when the app receives Shopify's uninstall webhook
• If a merchant chooses a default market in the app, one shop metafield is saved in Shopify to remember that selection and remains there until the merchant changes or removes it in Shopify
• Pricing changes made through the app are saved in Shopify's native Markets, catalogs, and price list systems and remain in Shopify until the merchant changes or removes the related data
• Support communications and limited technical logs are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and support the app, or as needed to comply with legal obligations

Data sharing

Axiom Apps doesn't sell merchant data. Data is shared only with Shopify and service providers needed to operate, host, secure, and support the app, such as infrastructure and database providers.

Where data is processed

Simple International Pricer currently uses infrastructure in the United States. App data may be stored or processed in the United States or in other countries where Shopify and our service providers operate. This may include processing outside a merchant's country or outside Europe.

Access, correction, and deletion

Merchants can contact Axiom Apps to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data that we control. Data stored directly in Shopify, such as product pricing, market settings, and shop metafields, may also need to be updated or deleted in Shopify by the merchant.

Uninstalling the app

If you uninstall the app, Shopify revokes the app's access to your store. The app also deletes stored Shopify session records when it receives Shopify's uninstall webhook.
